Usage
Search Square items via the sq keyword.
Search customers with the sqc keyword.
Search dashboard pages with the sqd keyword.
Generate all item image thumbnails via the initsquareimages keyword.
This will go through your items and download and create small thumbnails so you can see them in the Alfred item search.
