File Quarantine is a macOS security feature and should not be disabled completely. This workflow eases the effort of removing it manually on a case-by-case basis. Only remove quarantine from files and apps you trust.
Usage
Unquarantine files or folders via the Universal Action.
Alternatively, search for quarantined apps via the rq keyword. ↩ to remove the quarantine.
